Judging by the teeth move from "dirty" parts of the sea to "clean", mashik bayanny. That is done on old versions of SRTM. In 3rd Edition NASAvtsy sea clean or cleaner removed. Here (http://simsturman.narod.ru) mesh on the 3rd version, that is cleaner, and not only of Primorye

Interesting how you can rent a cleaner? :-) Net stations at sea is not mesh, and its absence. Sea in general has a big drop from the heights of the waves, hence what we see. And why that is clean, if in Sime Bank vector and not a pure sea there will still be as expected, does not make sense to rock the same data a second time.
