Cutting Corners - Shortly after takeoff from Puerto Vallarta Flight 261 Air Alaska has failed the horizontal stabilizer. The pilots tried to align the airplane, but he continued to dive, rolled over and fell into the ocean. All 88 people aboard were killed.
