Mutant-aircraft crash

This is the expreimental aircraft made specially for release of captive Americans during the Iran revolution in 1979. The aim was to land (and take-off) the plane on a football field 150 metres long. The cause of this aircrash is the pilots' mistake, they launched breaking rocket boosters too early during the training flight. As a result, very fast speed reduction, the airplane just fell on the runway, and wings fell off because of such hit. Information is from Discovery channel

The idea of using accelerators as a "moderator-tormoziteley" not bad. Why not clear it was necessary at that height velocity to lose? Or have failed missile vertical thrust? Included on the run "tormoziteli" quite effectively fulfill its mission. About the rise generally keep quiet - went to the zenith as undermined. Interesting from a boot.

This is not a mutant, but the aircraft CWT-130, and all thankfully accident. PS Discovery - a spectacle for the bleary-eyed and impressionable (not 45 min. On the same talk) + plus a crappy translation.
