AFCAD file for White Sands Space Harbor, New Mexico, USA where on 30 June 1982 the Space Shuttle Columbia (R.I.P.) landed from space completing the STS-3 mission. Created using open sources and does not pretend to be fully accurate. Compatible with White Sands landclass by Per Kruuse and tested in MSFS 2004 with the Space Shuttle model by Matthew Moxon. An approach similar to real flown on 30.03.1982 is possible for runway 17, from distance of 52 nm, altitude 83000 ft, and the speed of M=2.5. Have a good flight! Hope that the space aircraft era will return, including Russian Federation!
