I thought that ILS are not available only for me. Not knowing the correct inclination angle glidepath to Rostov-on left it default, the program Afcad - 3 degrees. Give the correct angle glidepath, who knows. Again, added interpretation ILS for runway 04 and runway 22. No other changes.
