I would strongly reccomend downloading sceneries by Andrey Anta on Avsim.ru, specifiaclly the All Kazakhstan, All Uzbekistan, All Belarus, Murmansk Oblast, Leningrad Oblast, Arkhangelsk Oblast, Novgorod Oblast,
Southern Federal District Stavropol, Southern Federal District Rostov area, Southern Federal District Krasnodar territory, Vologda Oblast, Republic of Karelia & Krym Ukraine for the full effect

A lot of the Russian Air Force is quite hard to pin down as to where certain aircraft are based, so I've had to use a little artistic License.
I have based them at Michurinsk, Karshi Khanabad, Lebyazhye, Borisoglebsk, Siversky, Lipetsk, Vorenezh-Malshevo & Chirchik, with the navy Fencers at Chernyhovsk
