At the request of the author said: "This is the East-Kazakhstan region. Departures from the airport city of Ust-Kamenogorsk UASK (in defaulted UA0G). The flight was up to the Irtysh Bukhtarma HPS. Also on the way back, it was evident the Ust-Kamenogorsk Hydroelectric Power Station."
