INSTRUCTIONS:

Starting with original panel.cfg file, make a back up copy of it!
It is in the aircraft\default\panel directory.
Make a subfolder FS2k2\Gauges\xxx
Replace the xxx by the name you want to give to your folder.
Place all files in this xxx folder.
Edit your aircraft panel.cfg,

>In section
[window01]
>after the last line, thus before section [Window02]

>add the line
gauge??=xxx!TaxiLight, ???, ???

where xxx is again the name of your folder, where ???,??? are the coordinates where you want the gauge to appear.
