Interesting ... I GF8600 256MB card, and no such problems ... Poprobukyte this thing: Download the files of DXTBmp (http://www.mnwright.btinternet.co.uk/download/dxtbmpx.EXE), otkoyte texture, Koror smeared out, save it in 32bit format, but remove the checkmark from the setting "Mipmaps include when saving ", and see what will happen.
