Screenshots are not very successful. Still, the picture on the fuselage would be better to show the illuminated side. You could have put other brtom aircraft, or the sun to move ("date / time change). Well, the first screen is also not very informative. If you have not yet found, to report: Texture_VC_02_T.bmp - the so-called file with textures pilots for VC. It lies in the root folder Texture FS9. If you uncomment out this file and copy it in every set of textures for your Tu-154M, you will be able to paint their own liveries for each flight form (s touch would not advise - can not be matched with models).
