Gauges.zip and Sound.zip to FlightSimulator 2004 root
they will go to right places.
Panel.zip to your desired aircraft Panel folder.
You should also look in the manual.zip

NOTE FS2002 USERS: Replace panel.cfg file in FS2002.zip with the one that u 
extracted from panel.zip that way u got working GPS.
