This EULA applies to the following:
Any aircraft, aircraft part, texture, sound, panel, gauge, bitmap, effects file, documentation, picture, image, movie, or any other type of media and or file related to The Package listed above (The Package) in any way.

This Package is a legally binding agreement between you as an individual (The User) and Chuck Dome/Mario Coelho for use of The Package. The User agrees to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this EULA. 
If The User does not agree with all the Terms and Conditions set forth within this EULA, The User is not authorized to install, save, or otherwise use The Package in any way.

Copyright:
THIS PRODUCT IS PROTECTED UNDER UNITED STATES AND INTERNATIONAL COPYRIGHT LAWS.

Terms:
This package grants to The User, an individual person, a nonexclusive LICENSE to use The Package. The User is specifically prohibited from distributing, selling, repackaging, exchanging, or modifying in any way or by any means The Package and its electronic files in part or as a  whole, 
whether saved to any type of current or future media including but not limited to fixed disk (hard drive), CD-RW, CD-R, DVD+RW, or any other optical or magnetic storage media or device; and from uploading The Package in part or as a whole to an intranet, LAN, the Internet or to any web-site, 
or use it in any way other than for individual personal use except as indicated in the "Repaint Policy" without PRIOR PERMISSION IN WRITING FROM US.
This termes is apply too the Virtual Schools.

Repaint Policy:
The User is authorized to create repaints based on The Package.  The User is also authorized to upload to the Internet the repaint(s) based on The Package provided all credits for the intellectual property of the individuals 
listed with The Package are retained and included with any uploaded repaint(s) based thereon.

THE USER ASSUMES ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY REPAINT BASED ON THE PACKAGE. WE ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY NOR LIABILITY for any repaints created by The User.

Ownership:
THIS EULA GRANTS ONLY A LICENSE FOR THE USE OF THE PACKAGE BY THE USER. Chuck Dome and Mario Coelho RETAIN ALL OWNERSHIP OF TITLES, COPYRIGHTS, LOGOS, IMAGES, AND VIDEOS INCLUDED WITH OR BASED ON THE PACKAGE.

WE PROVIDES NO WARRANTY ON THE PACKAGE, NOR IS Rabbit Projects LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE USE OF THE PACKAGE. THE PACKAGE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND IS USED AT THE USERS RISK.

Termination:
The team retains THE SOLE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE LICENSE PROVIDED BY THIS EULA for any reason and without obligation provide justification.
