Ilyushin Il-86 package for FS2004

Custom key assignments:

<passenger door>	- ground level passenger doors
<cargo door>		- upper passenger doors
<wings fold>		- cargo doors
<tailhook>		- landing lights deploy
<water rudder deploy>	- APU intake 

to switch on the langing lights, first deploy them (tailhook). 

The package includes a paintkit in Adobe Photoshop (TM) format. All the repaints are welcome.
For the moment, there is no decent Il-86 panel, so we used a default one.
