New rotor wash effect for FS9

Hi,

this is an improvement of the rotor wash effect features in FS9 (not tested for FS2002). I've used and modified the fx file by Mark Luzzi ([email protected]), so much credit goes out to him.
I was going for the excellent over-water effect of Comanche 4. It's not quite as good, but much better than the default FS effect.
I've made a completely new texture file, so just the fx-file gets overwritten, and the "land"-effect remains unaltered.
Setting the "effects"-slider to "high" is recommended.

*Installation:*

1. Please back up the "x:\...\Flight Simulator 9\effects\fx_rtr_wtr.fx" file. 
2. Move the replacement "fx_rtr_wtr.fx" file into the same folder, overwriting the original file.
3. I've included two effects files. Choose the large one if you have an adequate system, the small one should provide better performance. Place the desired "fx_rotwash.bmp" file into the "...\effects\texture" folder.
4. Enjoy!
