Optimized for operations in the desert. 39 machine S-70A-9 have been placed in the Royal Australian Air Force. S-70B-6 - modification of the ASW helicopter, is designed for Greek Navy. S-70C - civilian model helicopters for delivery in Brunei and China. WS-70 - Helicopters S-70 / UH-60, built by an American license to the company Westland Helicopters in the UK.
