Installation on other Flight Simulator at your own risk!

“The Burj Dubai”, the world tallest skyscraper ever built, is now available for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004.
This skyscraper still under construction in Dubai, but is completed in our virtual world!! when finished it will reach the height of 2684ft (wikipedia).
You can clearly see it when operating at “Dubai International Airport” or if you prefer while flying along the coast with your private helicopter!

Our 3d model of this tower is one of the most detailed ever designed, with custom High-Resolution photographic textures, this maintaining an adequate numbers of polygons to obtain high Frame-Rates while flying around the tower.

“The Burj Dubai” il grattacielo piщ alto del mondo и ora presente nel simulatore di casa Microsoft, data la sua notevole altezza (818 m. quando sarа completato) и possibile vederlo in qualsiasi fase di volo che abbia come meta Dubai, sarа cosм possibile vedere il grattacielo mentre state atterrando o decollando dal vicino “Dubai International Airport” oppure mentre volate lungo la costa della cittа con il vostro elicottero privato!

Il modello 3d della torre creato in gMax ha un livello di dettaglio mai visto prima, arricchito da texture fotorealistiche di altissima qualitа, il tutto mantenendo un basso numero di poligoni per ottenere elevati Frame Rates.

Installation

We provided you a simple automated installer, just run - DSDG_BurjD.exe -, it will automatically locate your Flight Simulator 9 ACOF folder, default installation path for DSDG scenery is “Addon Scenery\DSDG\Dubai\”.
After installation in the “DSDG\Dubai\” folder you will find 3 other folders and this readme;

1.Scenery : this folder contain all *.BGL files (do not modify this files)
2.Texture : default texture folder with 16bit (High resolution textures)
3.Texture_dxt : contain an alternate set of textures compressed in dxt format

Default texture is 16bit set, this contain the high resolution textures for the scenery, if you experience a reduction in frame rate you can choose to use the dxt set, just rename the folder “Texture” in “Texture_16”, and rename the folder “Texture_dxt” in “Texure”.

Remember to activate the Scenery folder in your Fs9.

L'installazione и molto semplice grazie all'installatore automatizzato, eseguite il file - DSDG_BurjD.exe -, l'installatore provvederа a ricercare la cartella di destinazione automaticamente, la directory predefinita per gli scenari DSDG и “Addon Scenery\DSDG\Dubai\”.
Dopo l'installazione nella cartella “DSDG\Dubai\” troverete 3 cartelle e il file readme.pdf

1.Scenery : questa cartella contiene I file *.BGL (non modificate questi file)
2.Texture : cartella che contiene le texture di default a 16bit (Texture ad alta qualitа)
3.Texture_dxt : cartella che contiene un set alternativo di texture compresse in dxt

Le texture di default sono quelle a 16bit, set di texture di alta qualitа, nel caso di una riduzione di frame rate potrete sempre utilizzare le texture in formato dxt, per fare questo dovrete solamente rinominare le cartelle “Texture” in “Texture_16” e rinominare “Texture_dxt” in “Texture”.

Ricordatevi di attivare lo scenario dopo aver avviato Fs9.

Uninstall

To uninstall this scenery remember first to deactivate it in your Flight Simulator 9 addon configuration, then run uninstall.exe from Start ? DSDG Dubai ? uninstall.exe

Per disinstallare questo scenario, ricordatevi prima di disattivarlo dal configuratore di Flight Simulator 9, e poi lanciate il file uninstall.exe presente nel menu Start ? DSDG Dubai ? uninstall.exe.
