Учи язык и все. Пригодится. А переводить такую литературу, в большинстве случаев, переводить ЗАПРЕЩЕНО! Поэтому, не знание языка это Ваша проблема, а не автора(отправителя файла). Так что 3, если не 1(!), надо Вам ставить, а не материалу.
