This update adds updated SIDs and STARs to the Wilco CRJ-200 aircraft FMC.
To install copy the Procs.ftd and RWY.ftd in the Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004/FeelThere/NavData folder (overwrite).
To add the SID or STAR waypoints in to the route profile of your FMC, press "DEP ARR", then choose your SID/STAR name, then press "NEXT PAGE" till the last page, under TRANS press what ever it says (eaither a departing runway for SIDs, or name of the first waypoint of a star) and then press EXEC. The route should be succesfully added!

тут лишь только схемы вылетаприлета, они не так часто меняются что-бы каждый месяц делать новый апдейт, последний раз выкладывал в 2016, и тот как я сейчас смотрю кривый был. А вообще я это скорее для себя делал, так что могу больше не выкладывать
