Вариант, ну а если ручками, то проще наверное на примере показать)
Допустим, мы хотим установить прибор на главную панель дефолтной Cessna 172.
Идем в папку Panel этого крафта и открываем подложку этой панели panel_background_1024.bmp в Paint. Например, я хочу поставить прибор в левой верхней части панели над кнопкой включения автопилота. Ставлю курсор на это место. В правом нижнем углу Paint'a видны координаты. Это координаты левого верхнего угла прибора. Я взял 70, 90.
Далее в panel.cfg в секции window00 приписываем gauge45=BalCo!Time, 70,90
Также можно изменить размеры прибора, они прописываются через запятую после координат. Если исходные размеры иконки 16*16 велики, то можно уменьшить их, скажем, до 10.
В конечном итоге наша строка будет выглядеть так gauge45=BalCo!Time, 70, 90, 10, 10
