Вот и лепишь ты (и тебе подобные) любые картинки 800х600 в формате bmp. Достаточно обозвать bmp'шку гордым именем dlgsplash и очередной сплэш готов.
Заставка делалась в Photoshop'е (из скриншота, полученного в полете Ту-104 над Черным морем). Ничего лишнего я не добавлял. Прежде всего потому, что спешил (меня уже этот Stakan успел ославить, что не справляюсь). Цвет неба можно было сделать любым, но не хотелось слишком уходить от оригинала. Облака снизу не стыковались бы с темным брюхом фюзеляжа (особенность модели). А сверху (в стратосфере) их обычно просто не бывает.
Заставки к MS FS и должны быть заставками MS FS. Кому этот симулятор не нравится могут напрограммировать свой собственный (если, конечно, силенок хватит). И украсить его любыми "прикольными фотками" во всех цветах радуги. А когда имеешь дело со сложнейшей программой, созданной профессионалами высокого класса и оформленной дизайнерами с отличным вкусом, то (просто из уважения к их работе) стоит все-таки делать заставки (если уж так не терпится что-то делать) именно в стиле этой программы.
