The Ultimate 10-300 Aerobatic Bipe

This freeware model of the Ultimate is my gift to my fellow Simmers especially those who bought my commercial models marketed by Francois Dumas of www.fsaddon.eu.

The model is also dedicated to Gordon Price, the creator of the real world Ultimate.
Gordon was so kind to let me use the color scheme of his aircraft and to display his name as the pilot on the Ultimate Bluehawk model.

Some info about the FSX model:

There are many different versions of the real world aircraft. This model is based on the 10 dash 300 series. Although much care and dedication went into the development of the model I am not claiming that neither the model nor the flight characteristics is true to the real world aircraft. 

The five liveries are also not exact and not all are used on the 10 dash 300 series. A repaint kit is included and you are free to repaint and redistribute your repaints as long as it remains free to all. 

The model has been tested with FSX SP2 only on Windows XP, Vista and Win 7. It might work with FSX SP1 too but no guarantees!

Features:

All the normal animations plus an animated pilot, canopy, tail wheel lock that is working on the tail wheel as well. The top of the cowl can be removed by using the “shift + e +2” keys to reveal the engine.

Gauges, sound and air file

The gauges are all modified stock Extra 300 gauges. The sound is aliased to the Extra 300. The airfile is also modified from the stock Extra 300.

Installation:

Easy enough: Unzip to your  FSX/SIMOBJECTS/AIRPLANE folder. You will find her under Ultimate Aircraft Corp.
