Der Autor des "FlusiFix" rдumt dem Nutzer ein dauerhaftes Nutzungsrecht an der Software ein. Der Nutzer ist nicht berechtigt die Software zu дndern, zu modifizieren oder anzupassen (dieses Verbot gilt auch fьr das Abwandeln und Weiterverwenden des Produktes in Teilen). Die Bestimmungen des Urheberrechts finden ergдnzende Anwendung.

Ein Recht auf Fehlerfreiheit der Software besteht nicht. Es wird keinerlei Garantie fьr die Eignung der Software fьr Ihre Zwecke ьbernommen. Es wird auch keine Funktionsgarantie geleistet. Fьr Schдden, die durch die Anwendung des Programms oder durch das Vorhandensein auf einem Rechner bzw. Datentrдger in irgendeiner Form entstehen kцnnten oder entstanden sein kцnnten wird keinerlei Garantie oder Gewдhrleistung ьbernommen. Die Nutzung der Software geschieht auf eigene Gefahr.

Das Programm "FlusiFix-2006" ist Freeware. Es darf beliebig kopiert und unentgeltlich weitergegeben werden, allerdings nur in Form des unverдnderten Installationsarchivs und NICHT als Kopie der bereits installieren Software. Kommerzielle Verцffentlichung, egal welcher Art, bedьrfen der schriftlichen Genehmigung des Autors!
NICHT gestattet sind Programmkopien, die auf beliebigen Datentrдgern bei eBay, sonstigen Internet-Auktionen oder anderweitig zum Verkauf angeboten werden!
Alle Rechte am Programm verbleiben beim Autor!
