The report ridiculous. But, I think, is not real. Note the date: August 22, 1987. A clearly printed on the printer. I doubt that in the army in 1987, there were printers, which can be printed reports (pre-typed on the computer!). And if printers are not printed on the A4, but mostly on the edges of perforated paper. My father in those years in the service wrote many reports, but he wrote them exclusively by hand.
