This file adds newly added points, that changes flight routes in Moscow air zone (NOTAMs of Sheremetyevo and Vnukovo), DEDUM and MEDUM exactly. For simplification of piloting they are made in form of OPRS (NDB) with arbitrary assigned frequencies and names (DM and MD). This helps to pass these points easily using the gauge of relative bearings IKU-1 from Kurs MP, ARK-15 consoles of my favorite Tu-154 B2 aircraft by Project Tupolev. File just need to be put to Scenery folder, which is located in Addon Scenery folder.
