Все 95-е, 114-й, 126-й могли! А боевые при "выходе из-под удара" всегда использовали грунтовую ВПП + посадки на арктические аэродромы (за исключением МС, 142-х последних модификаций которые эксплуатируются с искусственных покрытий).
