Fixed afcad for the scenery of Novy Urengoy Airport USMU:

Made for myself to fly. Sources used: Google Earth, AIP, Jeppesen.
The runway was moved into the right place, airport lights are real, fixed number of stanfs, real navigation aids, heliport added.
Installation: replace afcad for scenery into this one.
