Wind Gauge is a small 2D panel for Prepar3D and FSX that indicates wind direction and wind velocity in real time, the values of headwind/tailwind and crosswind components in different units, and ground speed, true airspeed and indicated airspeed in different units. Wind Gauge also calculates the values of headwind/tailwind and crosswind components in different units based on custom specified values of wind direction and wind velocity and runway heading/flight path direction. Knowing all these values, you can easily determine in advance the operating runway at destination airport and required wind additive to Vref speed when approaching.
When landing Wind Gauge shows the values of g-force and vertical speed at the moment of touchdown.
