HDEv2 Optimized pack clouds

I really like the clouds from the HDE, but there are problems with FPS, at least for me to fly with these clouds, without sacrificing performance, translated for himself in DXT3 format that was possible without loss of quality. I liked it and decided to post.

Actually, in HDEv2 already have optimized the texture of clouds, but what is interesting. And what we have in the MVZ some clouds special?

Cumulus point five (straining voice) species from 1024x1024 to 256x256! And the fact that you moved to Cirrus DXT3 (and even then not all for some reason), so it is of little help, they almost do not affect FPS.
