I simply unzipped the file and started fsx and what I got was a plane with the wings sitting at a 90 degree to the body of the aircraft. I am not sure why and wonder what to do to fix that. Thank you. makro, 11 years ago, #

I'm giving this a 5 because FINALLY someone has done something to improve vastly on the old Alphasim Foxbat! I'm a massive fan of the Mig-25 and have been kind of dreaming that one day someone would go the whole hog and produce a masterpiece for FSX. Ok this isn't a wings of power quality mustang or a razbam Corsair but it does start to capture the power and magic of the Foxbat and this thing MOVES! The old Alphasim model seemed to not be any quicker than the f-14s etc.

I hate to go down the improvements path because I think you've done a great job here and I'm still doing flips that someone has finally done this but...

Burners need some work..check out alphasims f-105 or the Iris f-15 maybe along those lines? Also the sound for that f-105 really captures the 'thunder' and power well. I think sound is a MASSIVE part of immersion and it does need a little more 'meat' so to speak so we can lose that 'hairdryer' buzz that so many jets seem to come with. Also the flight dynamics seem a little wobbly in the dive/climb scale. very hard to achieve that steady level flight without wobbling back and forth betwen the dive and climb.

Nice to see some high rez externals but the foxbats were covered in little instructions for ground crew etc and it's these that can really make an aircraft leap into realism. The cockpit from inside does feel a bit clunky but I'm going to stop because I'm enjoying flying this bird SO much!!! Brilliant job.

This one has SO many positives for a foxbat fan that they TOTALLY outweigh the negatives. All n all I feel like someone's about to pinch me because I must be dreamin that this birds come to life in FSX!

Not Bad! ;-) Visual model: Bumps are very "heavy". You need 50% lover intensity, or even more. VC: VC needs much more details. Too low-poly, But 3d gauges are very good. VC textures must be much better. Gauges: Gauge logic needs correction. FDE NEEDS BIG CORRECTIONS!!! Kirill Konovalov, 15 years ago, #
