That is 1sec/38m/LOD10 Caucasus mesh (covers URKA, URKK, URSS, URMM, URMN, URMO, Georgian and notrh-east Azerbaijan airports). Yerevan mesh incompatibility is fixed now.
Place folder content to your Addon scenery/scenery folder or create custom folders Addon scenery/caucasus mesh/scenery, move file content there and add "caucasus mesh" to scenery library (make sure to put it below all the regional sceneries you have installed).
Should you like that, you may create the same quality mesh for any area you like. Address the following forum thread http://www.avsim.su/forum/topic/81097-budet-li-noviy-globalniy-mesh/ (use any webpage-translator, if necessary).
